Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Receipt or Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. This excludes photographic services (Passport Photos, Corporate Headshots, Event Photography) which are non-refundable once delivered.
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital files of photographs
- Customized photo prints and banners once they are printed and delivered
- Any service-based products after the service has been rendered
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@postalexpressnc.com with your order details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of defective product).
- Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy
