Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at 964 High House Road in Cary and in the same complex as Lowes Food and Wells Fargo Bank. The name of our store is Postal Express.
Q: Do I need an appointment for a passport photo?
A: No appointment is necessary for US or Indian passport photos. However, for custom sizes like Canadian passport photos, we recommend visiting between 9 am to 5 pm or chat with us from the bottom of this page.
Q: What is the size requirement for a Chinese passport photo?
A: A Chinese passport photo should be 33 mm wide by 48 mm high. The head should be between 15–22 mm wide and 28–33 mm high.
Q: What is the size requirement for a Schengen visa or European passport photo?
A: Schengen visa or European passport photos should be 35 mm x 45 mm with head space between 32 mm to 36 mm.
Q: How quickly can you provide passport photos?
A: We aim to provide passport photos within 3 minutes. For custom sizes, if immediate cutting is not possible, you can pick up photos as soon as the next day.
Q: Can I get a digital copy of my passport photo?
A: Yes, digital copies are available on a new 16GB flash drive for an additional cost. We cannot send digital photos by email or copy them to a customer’s flash drive as per our business policy.
Q: How many copies do I get with my passport photo?
A: You will receive 2 copies by default, except for 35 mm x 45 mm photos, which comes with 6 copies.
Q: What other services do you provide?
A: We have Domestic and International shipping through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. This service is provided under Postal Express under the same roof.
